This is definitely not just another race - share in this exciting and inspirational experience together with elite competitors, amateur athletes, enthusiastic supporters, sponsors and assistants. The increasingly popular Hermanus Race for Wheels and Runners is the only fully integrated race for wheelchairs athletes and runners in South Africa !  The fifth race in 2011 promise to be the best organised race and all participants will receive a medal.

More than 700 participants enjoyed the 2010 race and we are definitely expecting more entries this year in all the various categories, including the 5, 10 and 21.1 km races. Come and join the Fun walk in anything with wheels that needs to be pushed or bring your friends for a scenic walk.

Businesses are invited to enter and advertise their business with logos or to build a float that will best depict their service or business.

The route is carefully planned to ensure a safe and scenic racing environment in our beautiful town.
